This is a rapidly growing Indianapolis based home service company that serves our residential homeowners with all their Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical needs. We're currently looking for a highly motivated and disciplined Plumbing Technical Trainer to join our team and train, develop, coach, and motivate our plumbing apprentices. Effective communication will be the key to success in the Plumbing Technical Trainer role. You will need to be able to correct and teach plumbing apprentices the technical skills they will need as they are starting out in the trade. This role comes with the satisfaction of watching your students grow and succeed on both a personal and professional level.
